So a long long long long time ago I owned the 3D flower top by American Apparel. Money got tight and I ended up selling it for food and shelter. So when I saw that Romwe had released this Flowery Pink Chiffon Blouse, I just knew I had to have it!
I'm the kind of person who, when trying to save money, will write a list of things they want/need and budget accordingly by waiting for sales, payday etc. BUT at the moment my mentality is to get all my spending out the way first on my list and then save. It's probably not the better solution. But the less than $100 in my bank account (and I got paid tonight) is not a good way to go :\
