I was so set on buying this Neon Tulle Tunic but now Cue has thrown a spanner in the works by releasing the Neon Tulle Top. I thought of buying the tunic and folding the bottom up to turn it into a peplum top for a bit of a different look to make it more versatile. I'll only allow myself to get one piece - so it's one or the other ... hmm. What to do?!
